Meet with Head Designer Edmond Santelices or a member of the ES team to discuss your production’s vision, character requirements, costume functionality, and timeline. We’ll review scripts, design references, and sketches to align with your creative goals.
Step 2 | Concept Development & Material Sourcing
We’ll help refine your designs (if needed) and source suitable materials—ranging from specialty fabrics to leather and custom trims—chosen for aesthetic accuracy, durability, and performance.
Step 3 | Pattern Drafting & Mock-Up
Our team drafts custom patterns and produces a prototype or toile to test the fit, range of motion, and silhouette. This stage allows for design and structural refinements before final production.
Step 4 | Fittings & Adjustments
We coordinate up to three fitting sessions to ensure each costume meets comfort, movement, and design expectations. Revisions are made to achieve a precise fit and desired effect.
Step 5 | Final Construction
Once approved, your costumes are crafted with expert precision and professional-grade finishes. We focus on durability, clean construction, and visual impact for both stage and screen.
Step 6 | Delivery
Finished pieces are carefully inspected and delivered on schedule, ready for immediate use in rehearsals, filming, or performance.
Step 5 | On-Call Troubleshooting (Optional)
Need last-minute fixes or duplicates? We’re available to support your production with fast turnarounds and on-call alterations when possible.
