Low-Risk MOQ Apparel Manufacturing

Our streamlined 7-step process requires key prerequisites before advancing to each stage to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency throughout development and production. Our regular minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 units per style. However, we offer a one-time reduced 15-unit MOQ exclusively to clients who complete their Technical Apparel Product Development with us, ensuring all patterns, fit, materials, and construction standards are fully finalized and production-ready prior to manufacturing. As every client is at a different stage of development, we encourage you to review each step to better understand our process and the requirements involved at each phase.

Step 1 | Initial Consultation & Prerequisites

Meet with Edmond Santelices or a team member to discuss your production needs, timeline, and goals. To begin production smoothly, please prepare the following:

Production Prerequisites:

  • Complete Tech Pack (Including measurements, specs, and construction details)
  • Approved Sample or Prototype
  • Pattern Files ( Digital or physical)
  • Fabric & Materials (If supplying your own)
  • Desired Order Quantity (minimum 15 units per style)
  • Target Timeline/Deadline

Step 2 | Sample & Tech Pack Review

We assess your tech pack and sample to ensure everything is accurate and production-ready. If adjustments are needed, we’ll guide you through the process.

Step 3 | Pre-Production Sample (PPS)

We produce a PPS for your approval, ensuring design, sizing, and construction align with expectations before full production begins.

Step 4 | Material Coordination

You may provide your own materials, or we can assist with sourcing fabrics, trims, and notions. All components are confirmed before cutting.

Step 5 | Bulk Production

Our skilled team starts production. We ensure every unit matches your approved sample and maintains high quality.

Step 6 | Quality Control & Finishing

All garments go through detailed quality checks, finishing, and packaging per your specifications.

Step 7 | Delivery or Handoff

Receive your finished products or arrange a handoff. If you're moving to another manufacturer, we’ll provide all files and guidance for a smooth transition.
